New Life Fellowship PCA – Pastor Position
New Life Fellowship PCA of Holland, MI, is a small, intergenerational church whose members fit together like family. With a rich history of solid biblical teaching and fellowship, we are now prayerfully seeking a Pastor to guide us in revitalizing our ministry.
Having recently transitioned from the OPC to the PCA, we look forward to growing within this new denominational home. We value bold, biblical, expository preaching, faithful leadership, and genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Cast and communicate a compelling vision for the church
- Execute strategic plans with clear timelines
- Mentor and disciple the congregation, fostering spiritual growth
- Lead with clarity, compassion, and genuine hospitality
- Collaborate with the Pastoral Search Committee on church revitalization initiatives
- Ordination and ministry experience within the PCA or a closely related denomination
- Strong background in expository preaching and biblical teaching
- Experience in congregational mentoring and discipleship
- Proven ability to lead faith communities with vision and compassion
