Service Engineer

• Lead junior service engineers or mechanics and coordinate tasks alongside the senior mechanic to ensure effective teamwork.
• Use the online portal system to access service manuals, locate relevant part numbers , and apply service bulletins accurately.
• Under supervision, carry out assembly installation ,
  arrival inspection (AI) , (PDI) , and required repairs
  .
• Align with after-sales service standards by accurately generating timesheets and meeting targets for productivity
  , efficiency
  , and technical performance
  .
• Before activating a warranty job, verify that the issue is covered under warranty policies
  , guide the team with proper repair methods
  , and collect necessary information to be submitted to the warranty administrator in coordination with the service admin staff
  .

• BE (Mechanical Engineering Degree) holder
• Must possess a valid driving license
• Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proactive in problem-solving and decision-making
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
