SummaryThe Project Engineer owns the technical execution of liquids projects from order entry through shipment, ensuring systems are designed and delivered to meet customer requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Take technical ownership of projects following handoff and serve as the primary technical resource
- Ensure project scope, requirements, and performance criteria are clearly understood and executed
- Provide design direction and review engineering deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, and system layouts
- Oversee vendor submittals and support component selection to ensure technical alignment
- Partner with Project Management to support procurement, fabrication, testing, and scope changes
- Support installation, commissioning, and customer‑facing technical activities as needed
- Liquid Processing Systems: pumps, tanks, mixers, heat exchangers, and process skids
- Liquid Packaging Systems: filling, dosing, capping, labeling, and integrated packaging lines
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 5 years of project engineering experience required; preferably in capital equipment, liquids processing, packaging, automation, or industrial manufacturing
- Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, and technical documentation is required
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Works, or similar, is required
