Als salarisadviseur combineer je precisie met adviesvaardigheden. ~60% salarisadministratie en 40% advies. Adviesgebieden: arbeidsrecht, pensioen en inkomen, loonheffingen of HR-advies.
Wie ze zoeken- Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding
- Minimaal 4–5 jaar ervaring als salarisadministrateur
- PDL, VPS is een pré
- Ervaring met Loket.nl of NMBRS (of bereid snel te leren)
- Uitstekende communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden
- Leergierig en nieuwsgierig
- €3.000–4.500 bruto
- 30 vakantiedagen (+ optie 10 extra bij te kopen)
