Salary Range: $86,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Advanced Quality Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced quality control plans for new product introductions.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for complex quality issues.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct supplier quality audits and drive improvements in supplier quality performance.
• Mentor and train junior quality engineers on advanced quality methodologies.
• Develop and validate measurement systems for critical product and process characteristics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other quality methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans).
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSGB, CSSBB) preferred.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate problem-solving teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 or other relevant quality management systems
• Strong data analysis skills, including statistical process control (SPC)
• Ability to mentor and train junior engineers
