The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking Manufacturing Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for designing and analyzing manufacturing layouts and tooling.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and experience implementing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S).
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and statistical process control (SPC).
• Project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of robotics and automation systems.
