Xylem is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering across two facilities in Holland, MI, supporting about 250 employees. You will coach a small team, partner with Operations and Product Design Engineering to improve manufacturability, drive Lean transformations, and deliver CAPEX projects safely, on time and within budget.
