Mechanical Engineer

Russells Technical Products, a leader in environmental test chambers in Holland, MI, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design and support custom temperature, humidity, and vibration test systems for aerospace, automotive, and electronics clients. In this hands-on role, you will create 3D models and detailed drawings, perform thermal and structural calculations, and select materials to ensure reliability under extreme conditions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on the shop floor, assist with build, testing, and troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement in performance, manufacturability, and quality.
