Be Part of a fast paced, leading edge Automation Equipment Design and Manufacturing company. In this position willbe responsible fortimelyand quality completion of equipment design per the customer specifications.

You will refine design concepts into practical, manufacturable designs that meet performance, durability, and cost targets. Experienced engineers will mentor you to learn automation and help you grow to be a Lead Mechanical Engineer.

This position reports to Mechanical Engineering Manager.

• Work hours are flexible around your schedule.
• Interfacing with other disciplines onprojectteam.
• Design equipmenttocustomer specifications andsoldbudget.
• Supporting the Lead Mechanical Engineer on the project.

• Work effectively in cross function teams.
• Organizational/prioritization and creative problem solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Solid Works or other 3D CAD software, further training will be provided.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Strong math aptitude and ability to perform sizing and strength calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and hands on approach.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Journeyman tool maker.
• Reliable transportation andanability to travel;travel to customer/vendor facilities will bevery limited.

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required tostand, walk, sit, use hands to feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel,talkand hear.
• Occasionallyliftsor move up to 25 pounds.
