Customer Service Representative – Pro Mach

Pro Mach is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will handle all service agreements, train on proper PM procedures, sell aftermarket parts, and support the sales of new equipment.

• Handle all service agreements to improve customer efficiencies.
• Train customers on proper PM procedures to prevent downtime and sell aftermarket parts, including Fogg Service for new equipment sales.
• Handle regular service calls between service agreement visits.
• Maintain a customer‑focused approach providing complete customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with the Service Group to obtain reports, parts, and the next job for each customer.
• Debrief the Customer Service Manager / Project Manager after service trips discussing sales activities, new sales opportunities, competitive equipment, and market trends.
• Coordinate with the parts department to provide the extended parts list and emphasize the importance of stocking long lead‑time items to prevent extended downtime.
• Work with Engineering to design specialty items for orders, including systems and parts necessary to interconnect Fogg equipment with existing customer equipment.
• Address mechanical, electrical, and programming issues as needed.

• High School diploma and a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Skilled in welding, parts fabrication, installation of machinery, basic electrical work, light programming, and conveyor work.
• Working knowledge of drafting, specifications, components, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Proof of ability to handle mechanical multi‑task problems.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient PC/computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of CAD is preferred (Solid Works used).
• Travel up to 25% of the work year.
