CFS is seeking a Plant Controller in Holland, Michigan, to drive financial leadership in a major production facility. This role offers the unique opportunity for full ownership of plant financials, including P&L and costing. As a strategic advisor, you will work closely with plant leadership, impacting operational decisions and performance improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 8-15 years of progressive finance experience, and proven capabilities as a Plant Controller. Strong ERP system experience is also a must.
