We are looking for a professional Job Coach who has experience working with people with disabilities to join our team. In this role, you will advocate for your clients to help them achieve their highest level of independence. Ensure support and training for assigned clients at their work sites and community. May include hands‑on work to assist a client with work pace and quality. Emphasis is on the client learning and retaining skills and information to work independently in the community.

Deliver community living support for clients and assist with all aspects of daily living, including safety, social recreation, personal care, behavior support, and volunteer or employment activities.

• Maintain confidentiality and client rights throughout all activities and assignments.
• Respect the individual dignity, rights, and privacy of each client.
• Develop positive rapport with assigned clients by learning about their interest, skills, and abilities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, with a focus on advocacy, respect, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• Develop and complete task analysis, training plans, and job coaching reports accurately and timely.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employers and co‑workers to assure supports of client/employee.
• Utilization of techniques and training to provide high‑quality care in a safe, healthy setting.
• Communicate in a professional, timely manner all information, concerns, and emergencies to team members.
• Attendance and participation in all assigned training and team meetings as requested.
• Creatively problem‑solve, prioritize, and plan with the team, to assure follow‑through of schedules.
• Complete necessary and required paperwork.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to assigned tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience and understanding of working with people who have behavioral issues/traumatic brain injury.
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain harmonious relationships.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Available for on‑call shifts/flexible schedule.
• High school diploma/equivalent.
• Clear criminal record.
• Ability to learn and pass all required training, including CPR/First Aid.
• TB Test.
