Creative Dining Services is looking for a Host at Hope College! Our Host will warmly greet all guests with a smile and eye contact, creating a positive first impression of our Dining Hall. Manages wait times, checks dining credentials, processes all guest payments accurately, and provides a kind farewell as guests exit.

• Answers guest questions and concerns professionally, following proper procedures and involving a supervisor when necessary.
• Learns the meal period menu, and dining room policies in order to answer guest questions.
• Ensures accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements during the work shift.
• Assists with general cleaning, stocking, and maintaining overall dining room readiness.

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Basic reading, math, and technology skills
• Bilingual ability preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
