ERP Functional Consultant Holland Hlaingthaya, Yangon Division views applied

Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional support to ERP users across departments.
• Troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
• Act as the primary functional point of contact between users and finance teams or vendors.
• Monitor system usage and ensure stable day-to-day ERP operations.
• Manage and maintain the System Production and Testing (Sandbox) environments.
• Plan, configure, and deploy updated System features, patches, and enhancements to the Production server.
• Conduct functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the testing environment prior to go-live.
• Ensure proper change management, documentation, and approval before production deployment.
• Lead and support ERP customization projects based on business requirements.
• Configure Net Suite modules, forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, and reports.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Coordinate with technical consultants for scripts and advanced customizations when required.
• Design, configure, and deploy approval workflows and process automation within Net Suite.
• Ensure workflows align with company policies, internal controls, and authorization matrices.
• Review and optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency and system adoption.
• Conduct user training sessions for new users and system updates.
• Prepare and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and functional documentation.
• Support change adoption and promote best practices for ERP usage across the organization.
• Support line management to manage Net Suite user licenses, roles, and access control.
• Monitor license usage and coordinate license renewal and upgrades report.
• Liaise with Oracle Net Suite support and vendors for system issues and enhancements.

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Net Suite ERP is advantageous
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Base ERP configuration, workflows, and reporting
• Understanding of business processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, etc.)
• Experience managing UAT and production deployments
• Strong communication, learning, training, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
• Experience in cloud-based ERP implementation and support
• Prior experience in multi-subsidiary or multi-module environments
• Experience Level: Middle Management & Specialist
