As an IT Technician, you will work with both hardware and software components, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to internal users and customers alike.

• Configure and optimize computers and hardware.
• Install and troubleshoot network devices.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Provide remote support and maintain Windows images.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Certifications like MTA or CompTIA are a plus.
