* What You'll Do
* As the go-to IT support resource, you'll
provide end-to-end technical support and ensure an outstanding user experience.

* Key Responsibilities
* * Serve as a primary support resource for help desk and IT related issues

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

* Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining SLAs and best practices

* Own new hire onboarding, including account creation and equipment setup

* Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms

* Provide Active Directory and Group Policy support

* Support business applications, SaaS tools, and collaboration platforms

* Troubleshoot and support MDM solutions

* Maintain and support standard and custom system images

* Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access

* Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards

* Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed

* What We're Looking For
* * Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
* * IT support environments

* Windows and macOS desktop support

* Active Directory and account management

* Office 365 and G-Suite support

* SaaS applications (Okta or other SSO, Slack, Zoom, Jira)

* MDM platforms (JAMF, Kandji, or similar)

* Ticketing systems and queue management

* Network and hardware troubleshooting

* VPN and access support

* Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
