IT Business Analyst (MM) The primary mission of this role is to support and improve the system applications used by our Materials Management business group. It is a technical-business blend where the analyst translates operational needs into SAP configurations.

Core Focus:
Production commodity planning and procurement.

Key Systems:
Primarily SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning).

  • Client is implementing SAP Ariba

Technical & Soft Skills ERP Expertise:

Strong aptitude for SAP is highly preferred.

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and continuous improvement. Communication:
Must be able to "translate" complex technical talk for non-technical business audiences.

Certifications (Preferred): ASCM, ISM, or SAP-specific certifications.

Daily Operations & Accountability What does a "day in the life" look like for this team member? Work Split:
* 50% "Heads Down":
Debugging, problem-solving, and testing system solutions. 50% "Collaborative":
Leading small projects and attending team meetings.

Schedule:

Typical hours are 7 AM – 4 PM or 8 AM – 5 PM, averaging 45 hours/week.

Travel:
Up to 10% (roughly a few days per quarter) to other manufacturing or supplier sites.

Success Metrics:
Remedy ticket resolution (SLC), meeting project milestones, and business KPIs.

The Team & Training:
The candidate will join a focused team of three technical specialists.

Onboarding:
The first 30–90 days are dedicated to internal SAP training and learning our specific end-user processes.
