What You’ll Do- Identify and learn relevant software and hardware used and supported by the company.
- Work to load required applications on hardware.
- Enroll new electronics into mobile device management.
- Troubleshoot automated app installation.
- Communicate with management and procurement when suspected hardware and/or hardware problems need to be addressed internally.
- Reconfigure repaired devices to customer standards and create QR codes to facilitate faster staging of devices.
Required:
- Knowledge of computer imaging, software deployment and loading applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and its related products.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and problem resolutions.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with Android and Apple devices.
- Proven work experience operating computers and mobile devices.
Preferred:
- Prior programming experience a plus.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and effectively deal with tight deadlines and pressure.
- Excellent critical thinking and communications skills.
- Willingness to collaborate with others.
