Temporary: Configuration Technician

• Identify and learn relevant software and hardware used and supported by the company.
• Work to load required applications on hardware.
• Enroll new electronics into mobile device management.
• Troubleshoot automated app installation.
• Communicate with management and procurement when suspected hardware and/or hardware problems need to be addressed internally.
• Reconfigure repaired devices to customer standards and create QR codes to facilitate faster staging of devices.

Required:

• Knowledge of computer imaging, software deployment and loading applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and its related products.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem resolutions.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with Android and Apple devices.
• Proven work experience operating computers and mobile devices.

Preferred:

• Prior programming experience a plus.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and effectively deal with tight deadlines and pressure.
• Excellent critical thinking and communications skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with others.
