Interim On-Site Support Engineer Wanted! | North Holland Region | 40 hours | 6-month contract + option to extend
For a valued client of Infra-First, we are currently looking for an Interim On-Site Support Engineer.
The client is seeking a support professional to strengthen the organization’s support department. Responsibilities include resolving software and hardware user issues, keeping users up to date, and identifying and addressing structural problems.
For this assignment, it is essential that you have hands‑on experience with both Windows and Mac hardware. Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with Microsoft environments are also required to successfully perform the role.
In this position, it is important that you are service-oriented, able to switch easily between users and management, and work effectively within a team. A proactive mindset is key.
- Demonstrable hands‑on experience with On‑Site IT support;
- Hands‑on experience with Windows and Mac systems within an MS365 environment;
- Service-oriented, solution-focused, and strong communication skills;
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Available to start as soon as possible
- Available to work on‑site
