Job Overview

Tommy Car Wash isseekinga versatile and collaborative Product Delivery Lead to help guide the planning and execution of our customer-facing digital products including our mobile app, website, and related web applications. This hybrid role blends elements of product ownership and agile delivery, focusing on translating stakeholder input into actionable plans and ensuring efficient, high-quality execution.

As a key liaison between teams such as Marketing, Operations, UI/UX, Software Development, and Executive Leadership, you’llhelp shape priorities, organize work, andfacilitatetransparent, cross-functional collaboration. You’llsupport agile ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and ensure thatfeatureswhether driven by user needs, technical improvements, or strategicgoalsare delivered with clarity, speed, and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Shapeand communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobileapp, website, and related web applications.
  • Work collaboratively with the UI/UX team to generate andvalidateuser interface designs well in advance of development cycles, ensuring the development team is set up for efficient and focused execution.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to balance new feature delivery with ongoing needs related to performance, scalability, security, stability, and technical debt.
  • Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and reviews while promoting continuous improvement and agile best practices within the team.
  • Remove blockers todeliverprogress and serve as a liaison between the development team and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and reduce disruptions.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Technology, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Operations, Support, Development, UI/UX, and onsite guest experience,to shape priorities and translate input into clear, actionable product features and user stories.
  • Foster a transparent and high-performingteamculture grounded in customer-centric thinking, data-informed decision-making, and continuous delivery.
  • Monitor progress using metrics such as sprint velocity, team throughput, and release frequency to guide delivery and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications & Attributes
  • Bachelors in a Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or hybrid role within a software development team.
  • Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing product initiatives (e.g., mobile apps, websites, portals).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, witha track recordof successful cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations at multiple levels, including executive leadership.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
  • Background in SaaS or consumer digital product development preferred.
  • Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, or user feedback loops preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands

This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and operates primarily indoors with limited to no travel expectation.

To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team member must be able to:

  • Work and commute in all weather conditions
  • Able to effectively communicate, listen, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
  • Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where they will often be multitasking
  • Move about inside the office to access standard office equipment
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as keyboard, copy machine and printer
  • Remain in a stationary position 50%+ of the time, alternating between sitting and standing
  • Ability to move and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Drive between company locations and/or vendors or suppliers as needed while on job
