Netsuite Administrator

Tommy’s is seeking a motivated and detail ‑ oriented Net Suite Administrator to join our Information Technology team. We’re looking for a self ‑ starter with experience or formal training in Information Systems or equivalent hands ‑ on Net Suite expertise; who can effectively manage, maintain, and optimize our Net Suite environment.

In this role, you will be a key partner across the organization, responsible for troubleshooting system issues, improving operational workflows, and supporting users at all levels of technical proficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll work directly with stakeholders throughout the company to ensure Net Suite is running smoothly and aligned with business needs.

• Manage and analyze platform/system (user/security/business software) utilization and procedures and consult internal stakeholders on best functionality to meet business needs
• Contribute to troubleshooting, executing, tracking, and resolving IT helpdesk tickets and user support requests/needs
• Create workflow automations with scripting in various IT systems, programs, and platforms
• Maintain and develop connectors between various IT systems, programs, and platforms
• Identify processes improvement opportunities and partner with internal stakeholders to implement solutions that support them in effectively conducting general business operations
• Help create, document, and implement IT management policies and IT operating practices including brief guides, instructions, and general communications for departmental or company‑wide use as it relates to functional operations
• Oversee the architecture, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Net Suite platform to support complex, evolving business needs
• Lead the design and deployment of advanced customizations using Suite Flow, Suite Builder, Suite Analytics, and Suite Script (1.0/2.0)
• Own the roadmap for Net Suite enhancements, module expansions, integrations, and long‑term platform strategy
• Oversee integration architecture and maintain data integrity across connected systems
• Develop advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for leadership and operational teams
• Lead sandbox management, release testing, regression planning, and deployment cycles
• Manage vendor relationships, including Net Suite Support, implementation partners, and integration providers
• Lead Net Suite‑related projects such as module rollouts, process redesigns, and post‑acquisition system alignment
• Design continuous improvement for our Net Suite implementation including CRM, ERP, and integrations
• Align with best practices for maintainability and scalability
• Coordinate with stakeholders to provide solutions and customizations – Work with the team and on independent projects
• Setup and maintain AI connectors with safeguards for data integrity and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, networking, computer science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with Net Suite administration
• Core knowledge of Net Suite capabilities and limitations
• Experience with Net Suite bundles and Suite Apps for Shipping, Production, Manufacturing, Inventory, Fixed Assets
• Net Suite certified Specialist / Professional
• Experience with Suite Script 2.0
