We are currently looking for a Senior IT Solution Engineer to join our team in Holland, MI.

As an SAP HANA Modeler on our team, you will play a crucial role in transforming strategic data into high‑performance semantic models and data services that enable accurate, timely business decisions. This position is not merely about data modeling; it's an opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional partners, gaining a diverse understanding of our organization’s operations and goals. • Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
• Design and develop data models using SAP XSC and SAP XSA ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and integration
• Perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support data‑driven decision‑making
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security throughout the data modeling and replication processes
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in SAP HANA, SAP SLT, and data modeling techniques
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timing to accomplish the work
• Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
• Configure and implement SAP SLT for data replication from source systems to SAP HANA, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
• Work closely with SAP SLT administrators to monitor data replication processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodation
• Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment
• Performs other duties within scope as assigned

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other similar relevant field of study
• Education Equivalency:
  Associate’s Degree plus 2 years of related experience OR 4 years of related experience if no post‑secondary education
• Work Experience:
  
  5 years of data modeling experience for OLTP, OLAP, Star schema, or Snowflake with a Bachelor’s Degree OR 3 years of data modeling experience for OLTP, OLAP, Star schema, or Snowflake with a Master’s Degree
• Applicants must be able to work fully onsite in Holland, MI; this position does not offer remote or hybrid work and does not include relocation assistance
• Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the U.S. to be eligible for this position

• Experience with database management
