About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing revenue-driving digital programs across key Stow brands, directly accountable for weekly lead volume targets. This role focuses on generating and converting demand through campaign management, marketing automation, and ensuring lead data integrity within the CRM. The position will utilize AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and insights across paid search, paid social, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Acquisition Execution:
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, paid social, and emerging demand channels. Manage daily budgets and identify performance gaps. Support the affiliate marketing program.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM:
    Build, test, and deploy automated programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Maintain lead data integrity in Salesforce CRM and support the Sales team with CRM tooling.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards. Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and attribution.
  • Agency & Partner Coordination:
    Coordinate with agency partners on campaign delivery and manage Jira stories.
  • SEO Execution & Support:
    Partner with the SEO agency for on-page and technical SEO. Conduct keyword research and perform site audits. Monitor organic search performance and coordinate with web/content teams on SEO best practices.
  • Salesforce & Technical Execution:
    Partner with internal and external Salesforce stakeholders to execute marketing programs. Troubleshoot technical issues and develop an AI learning plan.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platform.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a cross‑functional team.
