Overview

Pro Mach is seeking a Business Analyst to support the success of the company by analyzing and improving processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. The role involves collaborating with internal partners and the corporate technical team to implement ERP solutions. Position may be located remotely near a Pro Mach Division (preferably near Athens, GA or Holland, MI) and reports to the Director of Materials for the Primary Business Unit.

Responsibilities
  • Support Materials & Operations Process Stabilization & Improvement: perform business process design and requirements definition in conjunction with functional teams.
  • Define and document requirements for process changes and development needs.
  • Map processes, document them, and define applicable tools to support lean operations.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Continuous Improvement philosophy, supporting quality, safety, productivity, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in operational rollouts, support, and ERP implementations.
  • Support deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation, including identifying applications, solution development, implementation, and training/adoption.
  • Partner with Primary Packaging divisions to evaluate and implement best practices and ERP standards across the business unit.
  • Support Materials initiatives such as cost savings, materials assessment, inventory management, and inventory accuracy.
  • Support Smartsheet Project Management implementations and respond to user questions.
  • Support Materials and Aftermarket metrics, including distribution and alignment with other business units across Pro Mach.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Analyze and prioritize requests by identifying existing solutions that optimally address business needs.
  • Act as liaison between functional teams and corporate technical resources for enhancements; provide functional requirements to corporate development team and perform QA testing of requested enhancements.
  • Provide support to ERP users and work with the corporate technical team for break fixes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain, and/or Business preferred.
  • 5+ years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Syte Line/Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI) or other fully integrated ERP systems, up to implementation development, testing, and support.
  • Ability to mine/extract data to support core business processes.
  • 2+ years of experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation, including identifying applications, solution development, implementation, and training/adoption.
  • Experience with project implementation and solution engineering.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism.
  • A phenomenal teammate who works well with technical and non‑technical associates.
  • Ability to effectively build and manage relationships and influence others.
  • Proven track record effectively leading business process change.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and perform fact‑based problem solving.
  • Strong planning/project management skills – ability to set and keep timelines.
  • Proficient exploring data and writing SQL queries.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
Compensation

Placement within the salary range is determined based upon years of directly relatable experience for your position.
