IT Hardware Technician

Job Description

This is a hands‑on deskside support role. When a ticket can't be resolved over the phone or remotely, helpdesk agents send the ticket to desktop/hardware support.

• Work onsite at HQ assisting in the manufacturing environment, fixing equipment such as Zebra printers, Dell desktops, deploying new hire equipment, and setting up workstations.
• Assist with a print service upgrade, relocating Cannon printers and setting up new workstations.
• Occasional phone coverage: once every six months provide an hour of helpdesk phone support during team meetings.

• Hardware troubleshooting
• Printer support (Zebra and other brands)
• Windows troubleshooting
• Imaging and deployment
• Active Directory
• Endpoint management (Intune)

• Experience level and years of experience are flexible; most important is hardware troubleshooting skill.
• CompTIA certifications desirable.

Contract to Hire position based in Holland, MI. Fully onsite, working in the modern office environment.

Pay range: $24.00 – $24.00 per hour.
