Janitorial Cleaner

Clean Team is looking for responsible, hardworking individuals to help maintain clean and orderly commercial buildings in Holland, Michigan. We have part-time opportunities available on first, second, and third shifts, giving you the flexibility to find a schedule that works for you.

Whether you prefer starting your day early, working in the afternoon, or cleaning overnight, we welcome applicants who take pride in their work and enjoy keeping spaces neat and sanitary.

No matter which shift you choose, your work will help create a clean and comfortable environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

As a Cleaner or Custodian, you will help maintain the cleanliness of offices and commercial spaces. Your responsibilities will include:

Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

Remove dust from desks, office furniture, counters, and other surfaces.

Wash and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and other fixtures.

Refill restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Collect garbage, replace trash bags, and dispose of waste properly.

Disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and railings.

Keep janitorial closets and cleaning areas neat and organized.

Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when items need to be replaced.

We're looking for team members who are dependable, thorough, and ready to work. To qualify, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Have reliable transportation to assigned work locations in the Holland area.

Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance.

Be able to work independently and follow cleaning instructions.

Pay attention to details and complete tasks correctly.

Be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting typical cleaning supplies and equipment throughout the shift.
