The Quali Find Group is supporting a client based in Holland, Michigan with a search for an experienced Project Manager.

OUR CLIENT

Our client is a global leader in building materials for commercial construction.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of projects for our client’s customers. This includes managing the order lifecycle from receipt of purchase order through to contract completion. The role involves defining project goals, tasks, and resource requirements to ensure successful and on-time project delivery, while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Additionally, the Project Manager will coordinate pre-sale activities and communicate with sales, estimating, and customers during design, budgeting, and quoting phases.

The Project Manager is expected to deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication and efficient project management. They will serve as the primary contact for customers on projects and liaise internally with various departments within our client’s organization.

CRITERIA FOR HIRE INCLUDES

  • At least three years of project management experience; experience in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building materials, commercial construction, and/or manufacturing industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, construction methods, and related terminology.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software systems.
