Field Operations Supervisor

Salary: $60,000–$90,000

• Take ownership of day-to-day field operations
• Lead, coach, and develop production crews
• Gain broader exposure to project planning and execution
• Work directly with labor, equipment, materials, and scheduling
• Build on your experience overseeing multiple moving pieces in a field environment
• Use your leadership experience to improve productivity and quality
• Balance operational planning with hands-on field involvement
• Expand your experience managing projects from preparation through completion

• Supervise and coordinate field crews across active projects
• Plan staffing, equipment, materials, and daily work requirements
• Monitor project costs, productivity, quality, and completion
• Coach team members and provide hands-on leadership in the field
• Ensure work follows project requirements and established safety procedures
• Maintain accurate production and project information

• Previous experience supervising and leading production or field crews
• Experience coordinating labor, equipment, materials, and project schedules
• Background in landscaping, construction, property services, or similar field operations preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
