Key responsibilities
Execute machine start-up and shut-down for plastic injection molding; verify all sub-systems (water, materials, heaters, robots) are ready.
Diagnose and resolve process issues on new and existing parts to elevate quality and yields.
Shorten downtime associated with die changes and process setups through disciplined execution.
Address production team concerns rapidly and effectively.
Document process adjustments with clarity and accuracy.
Create and update molding processes for new programs.
Configure, troubleshoot, and continuously improve end-of-arm tooling.
Manage hazardous waste in compliance with procedures.
Support cleaning and preventive maintenance to maintain equipment readiness.
Contribute to problem-solving and CI initiatives across the area.
Participate as an authorized member of the facility spill response team.
Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
Qualifications by tier Level 13–5 years of technical experience in manufacturing.
Hands-on ability to troubleshoot, update, and work on area equipment/systems.
Effective English communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
Level 21–2+ years at Level 1 (or equivalent), or a mix of relevant education and experience.
Demonstrated injection molding proficiency; RJG systematic molding experience preferred.
Clear written/verbal communication and solid interpersonal skills.
Independent contributor and team player with consistent professionalism.
Level 33–5+ years at Level 2 (or equivalent), or a mix of relevant education and experience.
Proficiency with ABB Level 1 Robot training.
Strong teamwork and high professionalism.
Project management capability and proven problem-solving acumen.
Self-directed; able to set priorities with minimal supervision.
Advanced molding capability; RJG Advanced eDART and Master Molder 1 preferred.
