2nd shift - Forklift Operator - Distribution - Holland

We are hiring motivated individuals to operate Powered Industrial Equipment across our distribution operations. The role ensures products reach customers safely and efficiently. • Receiving and organizing incoming product
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Loading trucks for outbound shipments
• Operating Powered Industrial Equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and dock trucks
• Performing physical tasks including repetitive bending, lifting, twisting, and moving materials
• This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.

• High School diploma or G.E.D.; excellent attendance record and work history.
• Valid driver’s license or at least 1 year of motorized forklift or Hilo driving experience; other driving experience may be considered in lieu of a license.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with availability for overtime and other shifts.
• Completion of core skills within 30 days, including basic computer, point‑and‑click navigation, and basic math and reading comprehension.
• Understanding and valuing safety, teamwork, quality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow direction and company standard operating procedures.
• Must be able to stand for the length of the shift with breaks every 2 hours; approximately 85% of shift spent standing.
• Vision, hearing, and comprehension of signs, labels, and instructions; eye, hand, and feet coordination.
• If lacking a valid driver’s license, will be evaluated for vision and other physical requirements.

• Consistently stand, walk, lift 60 lbs., pull and push 60 lbs., stoop, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp, move items/boxes, and use hands/fingers.
• Rarely climb stairs.

• Consistently/Frequently exposed to loud noises and machinery.

• Vision, hearing, reading and writing, interpretation of information, basic to intermediate math for pallet counting and load calculations.
• Problem‑solving skills for stacking pallets and loading semitrailers to maintain balance.
• Ability to inspect semi‑trailers for safety and decide pallet arrangements.
• Will work around potential allergens including Omeprazole, Esomeprazole, Lansoprazole, Pantoprazole, Rabeprazole, Famotidine, Loratadine, Guaifenesin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Nicotine, and Natural Flavorings.
