Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm Due to high growth, we have 2nd Shift Openings (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) in our Manufacturing area! Highlights:

As a 2nd Shift Composite Technician, you'll be working hands-on with fiberglass, resins, and core materials to build the very foundation of our boats. You won't just make parts, you'll make strength, structure, and durability that lasts for decades on the water. What You'll Do:

  • Prepare molds and apply fiberglass, and resin using hand layup or vacuum infusion techniques
  • Accurately measure, cut, and place fiberglass cloth and core materials
  • Use rollers, brushes, and tools to ensure even resin distribution and air removal
  • Monitor curing times and perform post-cure trimming or grinding
  • Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepped work area
  • Communicate material needs or issues with your team or supervisor
Qualifications

What It Takes: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn composite techniques Comfort working in a physically demanding environment (heat, fumes, PPE required) Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, consistent work Experience with composites, lamination, or bodywork is a plus, but not required Team-player attitude with a commitment to safety and quality
