Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for quality and quantity of sub-assembliesContinuous improvement in support of department and company goalsSupports, participates and encourages team buildingProvides feedback, both positive and negative, to the team, other related departments and the supervisorPromotes a positive work environmentFollow all of Porter Corp's procedures and policiesWork safely and efficientlyStay customer focusedPerform other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience
This position requires a knowledge of basic material handling methods to ensure a quality product is delivered to all customersWork requires a high school diploma or equivalentTravel
This position requires minimal to no travel
