• Support production lines by preloading small parts onto racks to load them onto lines.
• Perform secondary inspections prior to shipment and assemble "kits" to ship directly to customers.
• Read and follow details on pick sheets; label and verify orders accurately.
• In the Assembly area: learn to pre-rack, assemble, and package products; provide support across the production teams.

• This area operates in the afternoon with start times fluctuating due to overtime (earliest around 4:00 AM on longer days).
• Sand parts, help load/unload ovens, and be willing to help on other lines (paint room and load areas).
• Plug parts in the paint room as required and use both hands to handle parts to maintain productivity.
• Take direction and work with multiple teammates across shifts.

• Must be comfortable getting dirty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Shift end times vary.
• Cross-trained in all areas to find the best fit.
• Good attendance.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

• Sending 2 people: we do not place them in the same area; schedules may differ. If one person does not show, the other may not work on the same line. We may attempt to place them on the same schedule, but not on the same line.
