PADNOS is seeking a Scrap Scale Associate at our Holland, MI facility. You will inspect and grade non-ferrous materials, record purchase transactions, and support shipping to fulfill sales orders while delivering a positive, customer-focused experience.
This is a 1st shift with rotating schedule requiring weighing incoming scrap, identifying materials, entering data, and maintaining a clean, safety-conscious work area. Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.
