Fleetwood Group is seeking a Team Leader for the Shipping Department to support, train, and respond to team members during peak production. You will drive kaizen, supervise standardized work, and ensure quality checks are completed per FPS practices.
In non-peak seasons you will perform general production tasks and collaborate with the Group Leader to sustain improvements. Strong communication and servant leadership are essential to guide shifts and maintain safety.
