Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Press Production Supervisor to lead the plant floor in Holland, MI. You will oversee all operations in your area, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supervisory role in automotive manufacturing, with a high school diploma or higher; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. This role is on-site for the Holland, MI plant, with flexibility for extended hours to meet customer needs.
