Salary Range: $67,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Tool Room Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the repair, maintenance, and fabrication of production tooling and equipment.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all tools and machinery.
• Supervise and train tool room personnel, fostering a skilled and productive team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards within the tool room.
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to optimize tooling solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing tool room, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficient in the operation and programming of CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders).
• Strong understanding of precision measurement tools and metrology.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Experience with inventory management and procurement of tooling and consumables.
