Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Assembly Supervisors. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians.
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Optimize assembly processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of assembly technicians to achieve production targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
