2ND AND 3RD SHIFT MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATES

Compensation: $19.00 - $19.00

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production equipment, assemble components, inspect finished products, and support daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will be safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery according to established work instructions.
• Assemble products and components while maintaining production and quality standards.
• Perform routine quality inspections to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain efficient production and minimize downtime.
• Complete basic machine maintenance and assist with equipment setup when needed.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process.
• Accurately complete production records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Follow standardized operating procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with cross-training and support other production areas as business needs require.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and environmental procedures.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality problems to supervisors promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hour shifts.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Frequent use of hands for gripping, grasping, pinching, and handling parts.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all required safety procedures.

• 2nd shift 3pm-11pm plus any overtime
• 3rd shift 11pm-7am plus any overtime
