Plastic Injection Molding Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 17.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday)
The Plastic Injection Mold Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. This role ensures production meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards while minimizing downtime and scrap.

Qualifications:
JOB DUTIES:
Start up production runs and verify parts meet quality specifications. Monitor machine performance and make process adjustments to maintain product quality. Inspect finished products using measuring. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Warehouse
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Support manufacturing and production operations. Maintain production efficiency and quality standards. Assist with increasing production speed as operations scale. Follow safety and operational procedures. Work collaboratively within a growing startup facility.
