Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Material Handler to safely operate forklifts, move and stack materials, and support plant flow at Plant 4 in Holland, Michigan. The role requires attention to safety, ability to follow work instructions, and OK for long shifts including weekends.
Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and basic English literacy. Previous material handling and Hi-Lo driving experience are preferred, with opportunity to contribute to a growing, ESOP-enabled team.
