Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a welder/fabricator to join Plant 4. You will analyze blueprints, plan, lay out, assemble and weld parts per specs, setting up and operating welding equipment (TIG, MIG, STICK) and performing finishing, drilling and tapping as required.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years’ related experience; ability to read and understand English; proficiency with calipers and measuring devices; knowledge of aluminum/copper welding
