Set up and operate folder-gluer equipment in accordance with job tickets, inspection status cards, and production schedules;
Perform start-up verification and ongoing quality inspections to ensure cartons meet specifications for alignment, glue application, and finish;
Monitor and test barcode scanning systems to confirm accurate rejection of nonconforming cartons;
Maintain accurate production records, labels, compliance documentation, and ISO forms for each job;
Train, direct, and support gluer assistants to ensure safe and efficient line operation
