What You’ll Do:

Apply gelcoat, varnish, or other protective and aesthetic coatings using spray guns and other equipment

Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking to ensure ideal conditions for finishing

Inspect and blend finishes to ensure even color, texture, and coverage

Buff and polish surfaces to achieve a smooth, high-gloss final result

Mix materials and adjust spray equipment settings to meet quality standards

Follow all safety protocols when handling chemicals, PPE, and ventilation

Maintain tools and workspace for consistent quality and cleanliness

What It Takes:

Experience with spray equipment, buffers, and other finishing tools

Ability to identify surface flaws and make fine adjustments for best results

Steady hand, attention to detail, and pride in delivering a perfect finish

Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs Familiarity with gelcoat, paint, or similar coatings in marine or automotive environments preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills to support smooth production flow
