• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team to assemble state-of-the-art floor cleaning machines from start to finish, ensuring each product adheres to Tennant Company’s rigorous quality standards.

• Use a variety of hand and power tools with precision, following detailed work instructions and technical documentation to ensure safety and accuracy.

• Support process improvements by providing insights and suggestions to streamline assembly and enhance product quality.

• Handle mechanical and electrical components responsibly, maintaining a safe and efficient assembly environment.

• Maintain a fast-paced workflow while consistently meeting production deadlines and quality expectations.

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical degrees or previous manufacturing experience are advantageous.

• Minimum of 1 year of related mechanical assembly experience; 2+ years and a technical background are preferred.

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly practices.

• Dedication to producing high-quality work and actively seeking process enhancements.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and endurance.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment.

Pay Details: $18.50 to $19.80 per hour
