Education And/or Experience

This position requires a knowledge of basic sheet metal working methods to ensure a quality product is delivered to all customers
Work requires a high school diploma or equivalent

Travel

This position requires minimal to no travel

Computer Skills

Basic Computer skills
Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems

Other Requirements

Knowledge of Press Breaks, Shears and assorted hand tools (preferred)
Blueprint reading
Very good interpersonal skills
Must be open-minded to new ideas and concepts
Possesses very good problem-solving skills
Must be self-motivated and results oriented

Other Skills

Safe and efficient packaging of finished goods to minimize damage
Accuracy and completeness of packaged goods shipped to customer
