• They have general labor positions doing a variety of jobs including unloading a laser, running a tapper (a machine that puts the threads in metal) and grinding/deburring parts.
• Packing parts in in kits, labeling/barcoding, installing fastener/hardware.
• Lifting sheets of metal that can be wide/ long weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• May be asked to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• This is similar to a shop floor work environment.

• HS diploma or GED
• Punctuality, reliability, work ethic
• Hand/eye coordination
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read blue prints is a bonus
• Must wear leather work boots (steel toes NOT necessary)
