We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our clients' night-shift operations and play a key role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement at their manufacturing facility.

• Lead, coach, and develop production team members on the night shift
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Monitor production schedules and ensure daily goals are achieved
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
• Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities clearly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Support employee training, performance management, and workforce development

• Previous manufacturing leadership experience (Supervisor, Team Lead, Group Leader, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with production metrics, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
