Recycling Line Sorter
Holland, MI | $18.00/hour | Monday-Friday
We're hiring Recycling Line Sorters to join a team in Holland, MI! This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Schedule- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Overtime may start as early as 6:00 AM
- Saturday work may be required based on workload
$18.00/hour
Job Duties- Sort recyclable materials as they move along a production line
- Identify and remove materials that do not belong in the recycling stream
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and efficiently while standing for extended periods
- Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work as part of a team to keep the line moving
- Work is performed in a large, open building with doors that remain open
, meaning you may be exposed to outdoor temperatures and changing weather conditions - Employees must be prepared to work in varying temperatures and dress appropriately for the weather
- Position requires standing and being active for extended periods
- Steel-toe boots are required
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions - Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed
- Must have required steel-toe boots
Potential for direct hire after 90 days for the right individual
