Position Summary:
The Woodworking Associate will be using various woodworking tools, such as, hand-held router, table saw, band saw, miter saw, sander while following safety guidelines. Must have the ability to pay attention to details and understand the daily production process. Works well in a team atmosphere or alone.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Assist in daily production needs and projects within the Mill Maintain schedule and meet company quality standards
Multi-tasking doing various operations
Specific
Job Requirements:
Able to read blueprints
Attention to detail
Ability to read and understand a ruler and measurement
Basic math and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to use various woodworking tools and machines
Able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining safety, quality and schedule
Willingness to work overtime when needed. Good attendance and promptness is a must
Education and Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent required

Job Requirements:
Pass a background check, drug test and physical
Ability to work overtime as requested
Promote a safe and clean work environment
Willingness to work on a team or individually
Able to follow manufacturing instruction and understand processes
Must practice PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) policies as mandated per area. (Use safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, etc.)Must follow company safety guidelines
Must be fluent in the English language
